More than 50% of the 600 employees have been working for the company for more than 15 years. They are all experts in sporting and recreation products, and busy working earnestly in stamping, welding, injection molding, assembly workshops.

Huang, director of hardware workshop, in charge of stamping and welding workshops, every day he will supervise staff to wear labor protection articles, and ensure that the machines are running properly. Before putting into use, the abrasives of each product must undergo strict testing, and then trial production samples. Only after the sample meets the standard can it be put into mass production. Huang has been in the business for more than 30 years, he could find and correct any flaw in a piece of hardware part.

As a novice, Lee has been working in the wheel workshop for more than two years. He is learning fast thanks to the words and deeds of the experienced senior employees. Installing bearing bushing on wheels requires sharp eyes and quick hands, so we will try to arrange young workers. As an important part of the scooter and roller skate, all the wheels are produced by us to ensure reliable quality. 

Almost 70% part of our sporting and recreation products including kids scooters, inline skates, balance bikes etc is plastic, so most workers of the injection workshop have at least 5 years of experience, to ensure that the appearance, sealing, wear resistance and compression of the products could reached the top level. 

Assembly as the last link of the production process, we adopt the way of combining machine and manual.  When installing screws, bearings and other routine and repetitive positions, we use machines instead of manual workers to improve efficiency and accuracy. Irregular shape parts installation, fitting degree and smoothness detection work, it requires workers to complete. This not only improves efficiency, but also reduces the defect rate.
